2. BOX SPECIFICATION

BODY AND GENERAL CONSTRUCTION
Box type body is constructed of Aluminum tubes and sheets. External layers are antibacterial and made of Aluminum sheets. The internal core is made of Aluminum sheet welded together with square tubes and frames.


AMBULANCE FLOORING
Basement of the floor is made of Metallic sheets. The floor is made of Plywood, 18 mm thick, with a top layer of Heavy-Duty Vinyl, anti-slip, anti-static, and Liquid Proof.

INSULATION
The ambulance insulation for both temperature and sound achieved by the sandwich construction itself, eliminating the need of additional insulation. The 2” layer of high insulation foam ensures the lowest possible thermal conductivity.

CEILING
Ambulance ceiling is completely made of an Aluminum sheet, the surfaces are ensuring a smooth washable surface. The ceiling integrates IV holder, grab handle, lights.

MEDICAL CABINET
Made of Aluminum and PVC sheets to store some medical goods. Medical cabinet having different storage areas with sliding door. Electrical switch panel with all controllers will be installed on the cabinet.

Doors - heavy duty constructed doors with Aluminum frames with hinges airtight, handles are heavy duty and latches openable from inside and outside.
Squad bench consists of seating of 2 person and one additional space for the paramedic and doctor.

AIR-CONDITIONING AND VENTILATION SYSTEMS
Separate A/C System for the Patient Compartment consists of Automatic Climate
Control in Action-Area for temperature setting and selection of fan speeds (high, Medium, and Low)

Central Oxygen System:
- Heat resistance Oxygen hoses connection from oxygen cylinder to quick connect
