KOMATSU

The company KOMATSU was founded in 1917 as a subsidiary of mining company «Takeuchi» for the production of equipment for domestic use, but after four years became a separate company. In 1931, at KOMATSU was produced the Japan's first agricultural tractor and in 1940's began production of large hydraulic presses and the first Japanese bulldozers . In the next decade, after the transfer of the head office in Tokyo and the opening of new plants, the company is actively expanding the range of products. In 1970 KOMATSU brand promotion begins at the European, Asian and American markets.
Today, under the trademark KOMATSU issued crawler excavators and wheel move, as well as mini-excavators and excavators with a minimum radius turn the bucket, caterpillar bulldozers move, dump trucks and graders, fork and bucket loaders.
