I recently got to drive the DAF LF 55, and it left an impression. The 220hp engine provides sufficient power for most tasks, although maneuvering in tight spots can be a tad challenging. Noise levels are quite low, which makes longer drives less tiring. However, the cross-cab access is somewhat obstructed by the gear lever. Visibility, especially behind, is excellent-essential for urban operations.

I drove the DAF LF 55 recently. The cargo space is quite nice, around 60 cubic meters, and the payload handles up to 7 tons effectively. The cab is narrow but functional for two passengers. The suspension offers a smooth experience, but I found the handling less responsive compared to some other models I've driven.

I had the opportunity to try out the DAF LF 55 for a week. The cab's spaciousness was impressive; it made my long hours on the road more bearable. However, the AMT gearbox takes some time to get used to, especially during stop-and-go traffic where gear transitions can feel slightly sluggish. The field of vision provided by the numerous mirrors is a definite plus, yet I found the adjustment controls inconveniently placed. All in all, a solid truck for regional tasks.
